世界杯使我想起了Sheela-Na-Gig ，简称Sheela（西拉）。
Sheela 是一种带有色情意味的女性人体石雕，广泛分布于爱尔兰，在欧洲大陆也时有所见，通常在中世纪教堂可以找到它的踪影。它们由蹲坐的老妇和夸张的女阴构成，据说是古代凯尔特人的女神，象征繁殖、丰收、死亡和复活。
在庄严肃穆的教堂发现这样的怪物，给人以怪怪的感觉。这些石雕年代久远，看上去并不和教堂建筑连为一体，而可能是取自于更古老的建筑。由于没有题款，故雕刻年代不可考。
值得注意的是，Sheela 镶嵌的位置多数都在门楣上方，给当今人类带来无限遐思。
