汉语里有一类词叫“双音节单纯词”，如“蚂蚱”、“垃圾”等。这类词汇不多，一共几百个。其共同特点就是，两个字都是形声字，有共同偏旁，不能单独和其它字组词，必须连在一起才能表达意思，拆开来没有意义。不过随着语言的发展，有些“双音节单纯词”现在也可以拆开读了。如“凤凰”、“尴尬”等。
我学汉语语法时，正值多愁善感的青春痘萌发时期，读到这里时，自然而然联想起男女关系。当时认为夫妻关系类似于“双音节单纯词”，互相依附于对方，而对方是世界上唯一的。如果你找不到这个唯一，或者虽然找到了但又不得不分开，那生命也就没有了意义。这个联想实在是太可怕，当时差点因为这个想法去喝敌敌畏。
后来知道，世界上适合自己的何止千千万万，只是最适合你的未必能碰到。差不多的时候，将就将就也就算了。
要是碰上个不按规矩出牌的，给你来个“凤”求“凰”，搞得你不“尴”不“尬”，也只好一绳栓俩“蚂蚱”，认头了！
